I ordered 3 Frost Buddy coozies on Sept 15 because they have a satisfaction guarantee and also states that it shipped 1-2 business days. Here it is Sept 29th and my products still hasn’t been shipped. Heck, it hasn’t even been made yet!!! I get an email on Sept 16th with a tracking number stating it will be delivered on Sept 18th. I track it on the Sept 18th and it stated it was delivered. I get home, no package. So I call the customer service number 618-787-1453Call via Mitel and the lady stated it hasn’t shipped and still needed to be engraved. I think, alright cool, must of been a mistake. Then I get an email yesterday, Sept 28, with this tracking number, 93001202115000000355029781, and again it states it was delivered. I get home, of course no package, I call the customer service number again and talked to the same lady. Of course I’m not a happy customer. I admit I called pissed. But I didn’t yell at her or curse at her, kept my cool, but I was definitely a prick. But instead of supplying a resolution, she loses her cool and decides to just mute me and stop talking. I sent several emails as well and of course, no reply. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not a US company like they state. Just Google their corporate office at 7492 E 1000th Ave. Newton, IL 62448. It is a field in IL. And when you call the customer service number, it’s in the Philippines. I normally do research on a company before I buy it, but I was at a bar drinking beer lol. Wish me luck!!!
